Nike asked us to tell the story of reverse logistics — how returned products are collected and redistributed — to its internal stakeholders and partners. REBOUND is a big deal for the company: a recent move that centralized the function at one U.S. facility, grew capacity and throughput, and increased margins in the retail channel. We could have gone the talking head and death-by-numbers route, but that’s not Nike’s style. So we created a consumer-focused narrative that shows what happens when two kids get the Nike kicks they weren’t quite expecting.
